  • We explain what a balanced diet is and the difference between dry food, fresh food and BARF. You'll get practical tips to avoid over- or underfeeding and read feed labels correctly.

  • You'll learn how to adapt exercise to breed, age and individual to avoid injury. Simple everyday and strength exercises show you how to keep your dog fit and happy.

  • We'll show you how enrichment differs from training and why it satisfies your dog's behavioral needs. Get concrete ideas for indoor and outdoor enrichment that are easy to implement.

  • Discover how positive reinforcement creates enjoyable, clear training without unnecessary stress. You'll get examples of individualized exercises that build self-confidence.

  • We go through how trust, attachment and clear communication strengthen the bond between you and your dog. Learn to read your dog's signals and "talk dog" in everyday life.

  • You'll get step-by-step instructions on voluntary handling, grooming and dental care, as well as health and movement checks. We'll also cover common health problems and when it's time to contact your vet.
