Challenges: Terms & Rules

1. Eligibility: Everyone can participate in the competitions regardless of subscription form or country. If you are too young to receive a potential prize sent to you after winning a competition, you must inform your parents that you are entering a competition, and they need to help you retrieve your prize.
2. Entry Requirements: Each challenge/competition states what needs to be done to enter the competition; it can include posting images, videos of training, etc.
3. Dates: A challenge/competition starts when it is posted in Petli. Keep an eye on the Challenge tab to see new releases. In each challenge/competition, you will see the end date and time. You need to post your entry before the competition/challenge ends to participate.
4. Trophies & Prizes: Trophies can be won in the form of digital prizes in Petli. In some competitions/challenges, you can also win prizes in the form of dog products or services. The value can vary, and you will find the information in each challenge. If you win, and your country's customs restrict Petli from sending you your prize, you will be offered an alternative prize.
5. Legal Compliance: Any local taxes needed to be paid when receiving your prize (if one is sent to you) are your responsibility.
6. Winner Selection: The winning entries are determined by the most likes, and you can track your progress on the leaderboard. The top 3 entries with the most likes will receive trophies, and the one with the most likes may also win a prize. If there is a tie, the first person to reach the most likes wins.
7. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified in the app under Challenges and receive information on how they can claim their prize.
8. Disqualification: IT cheating: For instance, if you or someone else creates Petli accounts solely to like your photos or challenge posts, you will be disqualified from the competition. Petli employs anti-fraud systems to track such violations. If IT cheating occurs, you will be disqualified, and the verdict cannot be appealed. If your entry post or actions on Petli violate our Community Code of Conduct, you will automatically be disqualified from the competition.
9. Publicity Rights: Petli is free to use your name and entries to highlight your win and add you to the leaderboard. However, Petli will not use your submitted content beyond the competition.
10. Termination or Modification: Petli has the right to change or cancel any competition, with or without notice, in the event of technical issues, fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that these terms can vary depending on the specific competition; review the terms and conditions provided in each competition for accurate and up-to-date information.
Tävlingsregler och villkor
1. Berättigande: Alla kan delta i tävlingarna oavsett prenumerationsform eller land. Om du är för ung för att ta emot ett eventuellt pris som skickas till dig om du har vunnit en tävling, måste du informera dina föräldrar om att du deltar i en tävling, och de behöver hjälpa dig att hämta ditt pris.
2. Anmälningskrav: Varje utmaning/tävling specificerar vad som behöver göras för att delta i tävlingen; det kan inkludera att posta bilder, videor på träning, etc.
3. Datum: En utmaning/tävling börjar när den publiceras på Petli. Håll koll på fliken "Utmaningar" i communityt för att se nya släpp. I varje utmaning/tävling ser du slutdatum och tid. Du måste posta ditt bidrag innan tävlingen/utmaningen avslutas för att delta.
4. Pokaler & Priser: Pokaler kan vinnas i form av digitala priser i Petli. I vissa tävlingar/utmaningar kan du även vinna priser i form av hundprodukter eller tjänster. Värdet kan variera, och du hittar informationen i varje utmaning. Om du vinner, och ditt lands tullregler hindrar Petli från att skicka ditt pris till dig, kommer du att erbjudas ett alternativt pris.
5. Vinstskatt: Eventuella vinstskatt som kan behöva betalas är ditt ansvar.
6. Urval av vinnare: Vinnande bidrag utses baserat på flest gillanden. Du kan följa din framgång på topplistan i Petli. De tre bidragen med flest gillanden kommer att få pokaler, och den med flest gillanden kan också vinna ett pris. Vid oavgjort vinner den personen som först nådde flest gillamarkeringar.
7. Vinnaren meddelar: Vinnaren kommer att meddelas i Petli under "Utmaningar" och få information om hur de kan hämta sitt pris.
8. Diskvalifikation: IT-fusk: Om du eller någon annan skapar Petli-konton enbart för att gilla dina bilder eller utmana inlägg kommer du att diskvalificeras från tävlingen. Petli använder sig av system för att upptäcka den här typen av överträdelser. Om IT-fusk inträffar diskvalificeras du och beslutet kan inte överklagas. Om ditt inlägg eller dina handlingar på Petli bryter mot vår Samhällsregler kommer du automatiskt att bli diskvalificerad från tävlingen.
9. Materiella rättigheter: Petli har rätten att använda ditt namn och dina bidrag för att framhäva din vinst och lägga till dig i topplistan. Petli kommer dock inte att använda ditt inskickade innehåll utanför tävlingen.
10. Avslutande eller ändringar: Petli har rätten att ändra eller avbryta vilken tävling som helst, med eller utan förvarning, i händelse av tekniska problem, bedrägeri eller andra oförutsedda omständigheter.
Observera att dessa villkor kan variera beroende på den specifika tävlingen; granska villkoren och bestämmelserna som tillhandahålls i varje tävling för korrekt och uppdaterad information.
