You can access your subscription via Settings on the Home screen in the Petli app. There you can cancel or extend your subscription.

Subscription via the web:

Email us at woof@petli.app or follow the link in the email you receive from us shortly after subscribing.

Your subscription will automatically renew until you actively cancel it.

All our content is created by some of Sweden's foremost dog experts and is based on science and positive reinforcement. Thus, we strongly believe in the quality of the app and the results it provides.

Thus, we offer a 20-day refund guarantee in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied. However, this only applies to subscriptions that take place via the web. If you don't notice any changes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

You can only choose a free trial when you choose an annual subscription. During the trial period, you have access to everything and get the full Premium experience. You can get to know Petli and experience what we can do for you and your dog. After that, your annual subscription will begin unless you actively cancel your trial within those seven days. We can't end the trial period for you, including an active subscription. You need to cancel your subscription yourself.
