Subscription via app stores:

You can manage your subscription through Settings on the Home screen of the Petli app. There you can cancel or extend your subscription.

Subscription via the web:

Email us at woof@petli.app or follow the link in the email you receive from us shortly after subscribing.

Your subscription will automatically renew until you actively cancel it.

You can only choose a free trial period when selecting an annual subscription. During the trial period, you have access to everything and get the full Premium experience. You can familiarize yourself with Petli and see what we can do for you and your dog. After that, your annual subscription will begin unless you actively cancel your trial period within these seven days. We cannot cancel the trial period for you, nor an active subscription. You need to cancel your subscription yourself.

It is free to create an account on Petli, participate in the community, try some training sessions, read selected articles, and sample lessons and a medal challenge. To get full access, you need to subscribe to Petli Premium.

You receive feedback from our dog trainers through the medal challenges. You can also reach our dog experts in three ways: by asking questions in the comment section of articles and training sessions, by creating your own posts or comments in the community, or by emailing us at woof@petli.app.

You subscribe via the web and will immediately receive an email with instructions on how to activate your subscription.
